How will you confirm my order?
After you place your order you will receive a confirmation page with an order number and summary of your order. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your order. You will receive another e-mail notifying you when your order has shipped.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed Monday-Friday by 2:00 p.m. Central Time are shipped the same business day. Orders placed on the weekend ship on Monday. Exceptions include:
- Drop-ship items are shipped directly from our manufacturer; delivery times will vary.
- Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they become available.
- Customized items, such as seating and workstations, take additional time to manufacture. Delivery times will vary.
How will my order ship?
Your order will ship UPS, except when drop-shipped from our manufacturer.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will only be collected on orders shipped within Minnesota.
If you have a resale or tax exempt certificate, please contact us at 952-215-0700 after your account is set up. We will verify your exemption status and modify your account so that all orders are processed without sales tax.
What is your warranty policy?
All items are covered by warranty as specified by the original manufacturer; these details are provided on our product detail pages. CSI Ergonomics does not provide any warranty beyond that stated by the manufacturer. When warranty work is applicable, please print out and complete the Warranty Request Form
and fax to us at 952-215-0750.
What are my payment choices?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Though not required, purchase orders are accepted.
When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will be billed when your order is shipped.
