Is my location available for on-site installation?
We provide on-site installations in the Minneapolis/St. Paul seven county metro area including:
Anoka - Hennepin - Ramsey - Washington - Carver - Scott - Dakota

We'll be more than happy to walk you through installing your product.

How do I order an on-site installation?
When "On-site installation" appears underneath the item number just check the box and the install will be added to your cart. Your price in the cart will reflect the cost of the item with installation.
For related systems, such as a keyboard platform and a mechanism, your total cost of installation is reflected in the platform order.
How long will it take and how will I be contacted?
In-stock products are generally installed within a week. Backordered or custom ordered products will take longer.
Height adjustable bases are custom ordered and generally take 3-4 weeks for installation. If you have a specific question about lead time for an order, please contact us at 952-215-0700.
Once the order is ready, we will contact the person referenced in the shipping address to schedule a time to complete the installation. Prior to installation, please have the appropriate area cleared.
